By purchasing any listing, advertising, referral, matching, or introduction service through clinicroomrental.com.au, you agree to this Refund Policy.

1. No Refunds for Listing Fees

All listing fees, advertising fees, featured placement fees, marketing fees and related charges are strictly non-refundable. Once a listing has been submitted, published, promoted, reviewed, processed, or made available on our platform, no refund, credit, exchange, or partial refund will be provided for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind;
  • Withdrawal of a listing;
  • Removal of a listing by the advertiser;
  • Failure to secure enquiries;
  • Failure to secure applicants;
  • Failure to secure tenants or occupants;
  • Failure to enter into a lease, licence, or occupancy agreement;
  • Dissatisfaction with the number or quality of enquiries received;
  • Business closure or change in circumstances.
    2. No Refunds for Referral, Introduction or Commission Fees
    Any referral fee, introduction fee, matching fee, success fee, commission, placement fee, or similar fee paid to clinicroomrental.com.au is strictly non-refundable. These fees are earned upon the introduction, referral, matching, connection, or provision of services by clinicroomrental.com.au and are not contingent upon the ongoing success, duration, profitability, or continuation of any arrangement between the parties.

    3. Tenant, Applicant and Landlord Withdrawals

    No refund will be provided where:

    • A tenant withdraws;
    • An applicant withdraws;
    • A practitioner withdraws;
    • A clinic owner withdraws;
    • A landlord withdraws;
    • Either party decides not to proceed;
    • Negotiations cease;
    • A lease or licence is not executed;
    • An agreement is terminated after commencement.
      clinicroomrental.com.au is not responsible for decisions made by any party before, during, or after introductions have been made.

      4. Independent Commercial Relationships

      clinicroomrental.com.au acts solely as an advertising, referral, introduction and matching platform. We are not:

      • A landlord;
      • A tenant;
      • A property manager;
      • A leasing agent;
      • A recruitment agency;
      • A broker;
      • A legal advisor;
      • A financial advisor; or
      • A party to any agreement entered into between users of the platform.
        All negotiations, due diligence, agreements, leases, licences, occupancy arrangements, employment arrangements and commercial relationships are conducted solely between the relevant parties.

        5. Disputes Between Parties

        Any dispute arising between:

        • Clinic owners;
        • Landlords;
        • Tenants;
        • Practitioners;
        • Applicants; or
        • Other users of the platform, must be resolved directly between those parties.
          clinicroomrental.com.au is not responsible for and accepts no liability for:

          • Breach of contract;
          • Misrepresentation;
          • Non-payment;
          • Property condition issues;
          • Occupancy disputes;
          • Lease disputes;
          • Commercial disagreements;
          • Business losses;
          • Professional conduct issues; or
          • Any other dispute arising from a connection made through the platform.
            6. No Guarantee of Outcomes
            clinicroomrental.com.au does not guarantee:

            • The number of enquiries received;
            • The quality of enquiries received;
            • Successful placement of a tenant or practitioner;
            • Successful leasing of a room or clinic;
            • Occupancy rates;
            • Revenue outcomes;
            • Commercial success; or
            • Any specific result.
              All users acknowledge that outcomes depend on numerous factors outside the control of clinicroomrental.com.au.

              7. Exceptional Circumstances

              Any refund issued by clinicroomrental.com.au is entirely at our sole discretion and does not create an obligation to provide refunds in similar circumstances.

              8. Australian Consumer Law

              Nothing in this Refund Policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable law.
