At clinicroomrental.com.au, we believe in keeping our pricing simple and transparent. Most listings can be created free of charge as part of our current introductory offer. Fees are only payable when a successful room rental arrangement is secured through the clinicroomrental.com.au platform. All prices and fees are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD).


How Our Fees Work


clinicroomrental.com.au operates on a success-fee model. When a clinic owner successfully enters into a room rental, licence or occupancy agreement with an approved applicant introduced through clinicroomrental.com.au, a commission becomes payable by the clinic owner or practice. The approved applicant, clinician or health professional does not pay clinicroomrental.com.au. Instead, clinicroomrental.com.au invoices the clinic owner or practice that listed the available room.


Commission Fee



A commission of up to 30% is payable on successful room rental arrangements secured through the platform (depending on terms of selected Listing Package). The exact commission percentage will depend on the level of facilities, services, support and resources made available as part of the arrangement. The final commission will never exceed 30%.


Factors That May Affect Commission


Commission may vary depending on factors including, but not limited to:


Room Only Access

  • Commission-Free period as mentioned in certain available listing packages
  • Exclusive use of a treatment room or consulting room
  • Basic utilities and occupancy only


Reception & Administrative Support

  • Reception services
  • Appointment management
  • Patient enquiries
  • Administrative assistance


Sterilisation Facilities

  • Access to sterilisation rooms
  • Sterilisation equipment
  • Instrument processing facilities


Equipment & Technology

  • Dental, medical or allied health equipment
  • Practice technology systems
  • Specialist equipment or devices


Shared Clinic Resources

  • Staff support
  • Shared consumables
  • Shared amenities
  • Additional practice resources


Generally, the greater the level of support, facilities and equipment provided, the higher the commission percentage may be.


When Is Commission Payable?


Commission becomes payable when:

  • A clinic owner and approved applicant enter into a rental, licence or occupancy arrangement following an introduction through clinicroomrental.com.au; and
  • The arrangement has been confirmed by the parties.


An invoice will then be issued to the clinic owner or practice.


Payment Terms


Invoices issued by clinicroomrental.com.au are payable within fourteen (14) days of the invoice date. Failure to pay fees within the required timeframe may result in additional recovery action and/or suspension of platform services.


No Ongoing Platform Fees


Unless otherwise stated, clinicroomrental.com.au does not charge ongoing subscription fees relating to successful room rental arrangements. Any commission payable will be outlined and confirmed before invoicing.

clinicroomrental.com.au is an online marketplace and introduction platform only. We do not act as a real estate agent, property manager, leasing agent, broker or legal representative for either party.


clinicroomrental.com.au simply provides a platform that connects clinic owners with clinicians and health professionals seeking suitable treatment, consulting and healthcare spaces.


All parties are responsible for undertaking their own due diligence and obtaining independent legal, financial and professional advice before entering into any agreement.
