Overview
The clinicroomrental.com.au Paid Referral Program rewards individuals and businesses who refer new paying listing clients to clinicroomrental.com.au. For every successful referral that results in a paid listing on clinicroomrental.com.au, the referrer will receive a referral payment equal to 10% of the listing fee actually paid by the referred client. There is no limit to the number of referrals you can make.

How It Works

  1. Refer a clinic owner, landlord, practice owner or space provider to clinicroomrental.com.au.
  2. The referred client purchases a paid listing.
  3. The listing payment is successfully received by clinicroomrental.com.au.
  4. The referral payment is processed and paid to the referrer.
    Referral Payment
    Referrers will receive: 10% of the paid listing fee only paid in AUD. Referral payments are calculated exclusively on listing fees paid directly to clinicroomrental.com.au. Referral payments do not apply to:

    • Commission fees
    • Success fees
    • Referral fees
    • Placement fees
    • Advertising upgrades
    • Third-party services
    • Future revenue generated by clinicroomrental.com.au
    • Any other fees unless expressly stated otherwise by clinicroomrental.com.au
    Repeat Listings

    If a referred client purchases multiple listings over time and the referral remains attributable to the original referrer, the referrer will receive a new referral payment for each paid listing. For example:

    • A referred client purchases a listing today – referral payment applies.
    • The same client purchases another listing six months later – referral payment applies again.
    • The same client purchases a third listing in the future – referral payment applies again.
    Each eligible paid listing generates a separate referral payment.

    Eligibility

    To qualify for a referral payment:

    • The referred client must be a new client to clinicroomrental.com.au.
    • The referral must be identifiable and verifiable by clinicroomrental.com.au.
    • The referred client must complete payment for their listing.
    • The referral must not already be attributed to another referrer.
    clinicroomrental.com.au reserves the right to determine referral eligibility at its sole discretion.

    Payment

    Timing Referral payments will be made after the referred client's listing fee has been successfully received and cleared. clinicroomrental.com.au reserves the right to withhold payment where fraud, chargebacks, payment disputes or breaches of these terms are suspected.

    No Employment or Partnership

    Participation in the Paid Referral Program does not create:

    • An employment relationship
    • A partnership
    • A joint venture
    • An agency relationship
    • Any ownership interest in clinicroomrental.com.au
    Participants act as independent referrers only.

    Changes to the Program

    clinicroomrental.com.au may amend, suspend or terminate the Paid Referral Program at any time without notice. Any valid referral payments accrued prior to such changes will remain payable in accordance with these terms.

    Final Determination

    All decisions relating to referral attribution, eligibility, payment calculations and program administration are made by clinicroomrental.com.au and are final.
